Ultrafast mode brings GPT-5.6 Sol up to 14× faster in the API. Previewing now for select customers, it generates up to 750 output tokens per second, powered by Cerebras. Separately, Fast mode replaced Priority Processing and now handles long-context requests above 272K tokens at up to 2.5× speed.
Daybreak split into two access tiers for approved defenders. Daybreak Blue offers general-purpose models like GPT-5.6 Sol for defensive work; Daybreak Red adds purpose-trained GPT-5.6 Cyber for authorized exploit validation and red teaming. Both are now available through Amazon Bedrock alongside existing AWS availability.
ChatGPT Ads expanded to 31 European markets, including Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, six months after the U.S. test. Ads reach Free users; self-service Ads Manager access follows later this summer.
