Meeting rooms can now be booked directly from Superhuman Mail by opening an event in your calendar. Suggestions include recently used rooms and the best available rooms based on your office's availability and location. Available on desktop.

Existing Outlook categories now appear automatically as labels on Superhuman Mail desktop, and can be added or removed with Cmd+K or Ctrl+K then Label, or by pressing L. Categories can also drive split inboxes, label: searches, and custom Auto Labels built with AI prompts and rules.

Superhuman Mail introduces brand new themes with higher contrast, warmer colors, and improved readability, matching the redesigned mobile apps. A new Superhuman Mail logo brings Mail, Docs, and Go into one family of connected products.

Labels on drafts now sync between Gmail and Superhuman Mail, so an assistant can write and label drafts in Gmail while the user reviews and sends them in Superhuman Mail. This works whether the assistant is logged in directly or has delegated access to the Gmail account.

Superhuman Mail MCP now connects multiple Gmail and Outlook accounts simultaneously in Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, with parallel search across accounts, per-account drafting, and calendar queries.

Android users can now create and edit events directly in Superhuman Mail, including Instant Event creation from email dates.
