Admins get an AI credit usage explorer breaking down spend by team, feature, user, or loop, with spend limits at the workspace, user, or loop level that pause additional usage when reached; Guided Reviews also reach Basic plans.

Chat embedded in Copilot Search; admins edit connector rules

Microsoft 365 Chat is now integrated into Microsoft 365 Copilot Search, letting users ask follow-up questions and generate content without leaving the search experience, and a Regenerate action returns alternative responses via Try Again or Switch Model. Admins can now edit query string and user identity mapping rules for Copilot connectors in connector settings, and SharePoint Advanced Management admins get an item-level report on permissions granted to "Everyone except external users."
