Superhuman Mail

Ask AI, Write with AI, and Write with Voice now work with attachments and images, enabling file lookup, answers, and draft replies from attached content. Ask AI is triggered with the ? shortcut and is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

On mobile, swiping any message now replies or forwards it without expanding the message first. Available on iOS and Android.

Users can now schedule recurring meetings, either directly in the Superhuman Mail calendar or through the Superhuman Mail MCP server from an AI assistant. Create an event with B or the calendar in the left rail, or view the calendar with 2.

Compact Mode lets mobile users control inbox density via Settings → Inbox Density, with Condensed showing about 6 conversations and Minimal about 8.

Mobile navigation controls now hide when you scroll, showing more of the inbox, and combine with Compact Mode for greater visibility.

Team Comments can now be reacted to with emoji like 👀, ✅, and 👍 instead of writing a full reply; hit : to open the picker or hover over any comment and click.

Calendar Settings, reachable via Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows, now let you hide weekends, show declined events, and set Monday as the first day of the week.

Meeting rooms can now be booked directly from Superhuman Mail by opening an event in your calendar. Suggestions include recently used rooms and the best available rooms based on your office's availability and location. Available on desktop.

Existing Outlook categories now appear automatically as labels on Superhuman Mail desktop, and can be added or removed with Cmd+K or Ctrl+K then Label, or by pressing L. Categories can also drive split inboxes, label: searches, and custom Auto Labels built with AI prompts and rules.

Superhuman Mail introduces brand new themes with higher contrast, warmer colors, and improved readability, matching the redesigned mobile apps. A new Superhuman Mail logo brings Mail, Docs, and Go into one family of connected products.

Labels on drafts now sync between Gmail and Superhuman Mail, so an assistant can write and label drafts in Gmail while the user reviews and sends them in Superhuman Mail. This works whether the assistant is logged in directly or has delegated access to the Gmail account.

Superhuman Mail MCP now connects multiple Gmail and Outlook accounts simultaneously in Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, with parallel search across accounts, per-account drafting, and calendar queries.
