Wispr Flow

Recently shipped Wispr Flow Notetaker for meeting recording and summaries, plus org-wide Notetaker controls, a Growth plan, and virtual-mic dictation.

Notetaker now works for whole organizations.** Admins can toggle Notetaker on or off for every member from the admin portal, with a confirmation step to prevent accidents. Teams can also self-serve a new Growth plan — dictation-only or bundling unlimited Notetaker — with monthly or annual billing, no sales call required.

Desktop dictation accepts virtual microphones.** Flow now routes dictation through devices like Krisp, NVIDIA Broadcast, BlackHole, or VDI redirects, tucked behind a "Show other devices" expander. Reordering mics applies instantly, and closed-lid clamshell mode falls back to your top external mic automatically.

Dictation History replays original audio.** Recordings from the last 14 days are playback-ready to verify audio quality, with pauses across rows on Mac and Windows.

Android sign-in and reporting got more reliable.** Google sign-in happens in a secure in-app browser tab that returns you straight to Flow. Issue reports, feedback, and transcription reports keep sending even if you leave the screen.

Snippets gained rich text.** Bold, italic, links, and lists paste with formatting preserved into any app. Pro teams now get the leaderboard (previously Enterprise-only), and admins can invite multiple teammates at once.

iOS auto-switchback now reaches more apps.** After dictating, Flow returns you to your host app automatically across every supported iOS version, including iOS 27 beta, with native support for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, LinkedIn, and more.

Reliability and accuracy improved across platforms.** Dictation kept 99.9% uptime, latency is down 30% since the start of the year, and an over-aggressive Auto Cleanup setting was fixed. Formatting is now consistent — all dictations run on one current model, with A/B testing and expanded benchmarks guarding future releases. Canadian English is available via a one-time nudge. Android gained crash fixes, Flow Bubble recovery, and per-account setting isolation.

Desktop quality-of-life touches landed.** The Flow Bar can be dragged to screen edges (and remembers its position), startup is quieter on Windows, double-tapping Push-to-talk toggles Hands-free, and a "Done" button anchors the Shortcuts dialog.
