Identity Verification adds location map and fraud categorization

For Identity Verification:

• Added map-based visualization of end user's associated locations (IP geolocation, reported address, document address) with risk level assessment.
• Added new fraud labels and categorization scheme across user account/identity, bank account/payment method, transaction, and behavior categories.

For Investments:

• Added support for OpenFIGI securities data via new figi field.

For Layer:

• Made Intelligent Account Sorting self-serve via the Dashboard.

For Transactions:

• Added cash advance, late fee, membership fee, returned item fee to transaction_code enum.
