Tax lots via Investments API; guaranteed payments now supported

For Plaid Check Consumer Report:

• Beginning later in 2026, customers must request all Plaid Check products in the products array when calling /link/token/create or /cra/check_report/create; otherwise PRODUCT_NOT_REQUESTED error will occur. Enforcement begins July 2026 (new pattern) / September 2026 (existing integrations).
• Added reason_codes array to CraPartnerInsightsBaseFicoScore and related arrays to CraPartnerInsightsUltraFicoScore; deprecated individual reason_code fields.

For Investments:

• Added tax lot details via new tax_lots field (Robinhood, E*TRADE, Wealthfront, IBKR).

For Transfer:

• Added requested_amount and guarantee_details to support Guaranteed Payments.
