Web events on the GeoMap

Your web event annotations now appear as pins right on the GeoMap, so you can see where in the world your users are hitting errors. The GeoMap now displays web event annotations as geographic pins with the same markers, tooltips, and severity colors from the event timeline. Pins cluster as you zoom out and separate when you zoom in. Features include a new "Show Cities" toggle for city reference layer overlays, and trackpad pinch-to-zoom support on macOS. The map resolves exact coordinates and locality from telemetry, and pins resolve from standard OpenTelemetry geo attributes.
