Database Match/Insights deprecated for Database Auth

For Auth:

• Added Dashboard configuration for micro-deposit/database verification flows; deprecated Database Match/Insights in favor of Database Auth.

For Identity:

• Added Dashboard configuration for Identity Match rules.

For Plaid Check Consumer Report:

• Updated /cra/check_report/create to eagerly generate base report plus specified products; allowed mixing Check products with Plaid Inc. products in /link/token/create; identity data now only in Base Report; removed INSIGHTS_UPDATED reason code; made partner_insights score nullable.

For Transfer:

• Added intent_id to transfer event object for RfP transfers.
