Generally Available: The fileContentChangeBehavior field on the approvals resource is now generally available.

This field allows you to determine the behavior of an approval when the file content is changed while the approval status is IN_PROGRESS. You can set this field through the start method on the approvals resource.

Developer Preview: Subscriptions to all Google Chat events in a Google Workspace organization (customer-level subscriptions) are now available as part of the Developer Preview Program.

Using customer-level subscriptions, Google Chat apps can monitor space and user events across an entire Google Workspace organization without the app being a member of every space.

Customer-level subscriptions support the following new authorization scopes (requiring service account configuration and administrator approval):

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.app.all.spaces.readonly: To see space metadata.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.app.all.memberships.readonly: To see all space memberships.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.app.all.messages.readonly: To see all messages and reactions.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.app.all.users.readstate.readonly: To see read states of all users.
