- New custom fields:
- Gong activity ID: To include the Gong activity ID in meetings and calls exported as events, the Gong Activity ID was added to the Salesforce activity object, and will be displayed in Tasks and Events.
- Key Points added to conversation object: The call's key points are now exported to the Gong for Salesforce conversation object. Add the Call Key Points field to the conversation object to see the data.
- Engage flows data custom fields added to Lead and Contact objects: These custom fields are now included when installing Gong for Salesforce. Add the fields to the lead and contact objects to see the data:
- Date Added to Engage Flow
- Engage Flow Owner
Note: The data will be available once it is exported from Gong to Salesforce.
- Enrich Contacts and Leads flow enhancement: To simplify searching and ordering data, the participant's full name is now displayed in two columns, first and last name. Learn more
