Partial payments on Bill Pay shipped, letting finance teams split a vendor bill into multiple scheduled payments to manage deposits and cash-flow-sensitive workflows.

AP intake got smarter routing. Forward any email to Ramp and attachments sort themselves — invoices become draft bills, supporting docs attach, and spam is filtered out automatically.

Travel visibility expanded significantly.

• A new traveler map shows where and when employees are traveling, with spend visible per pin.
• The revamped travel dashboard surfaces spend by category, off-Ramp bookings, common routes, top destinations, and merchants — all exportable to CSV.

International card and reimbursement coverage widened.

• Enterprise customers in Poland, Denmark, and Sweden can now issue local-currency cards and fund reimbursements.
• Canadian businesses can self-serve issue USD virtual cards alongside their CAD cards.
• European per diems handle country-specific time-based rules automatically.

Receipt capture expanded to three new surfaces. The iOS app uses Apple Intelligence to scan the camera roll and match receipts to transactions. Employees can connect their own Gmail via OAuth so inbox receipts match to card charges. The Chrome extension auto-captures receipts from merchants like Amazon and Uber across all Chromium browsers.

Software and vendor spend got smarter controls. License intelligence via Okta or Entra surfaces which licenses a team actually uses and flags unused seats before renewals. Smart contract detection spots contract documents in spend requests and links them automatically. Granular vendor permissions now let admins control who sees sensitive payment info and tax data by role.

Developer API coverage deepened across billing and accounting. Treasury account listing and balance history landed in beta. The limit_id field on transactions and reimbursements is deprecated in favor of fund_id. Retainage withholding landed on purchase orders and bills. Draft user creation and an invite lifecycle endpoint let integrators stage user provisioning. Ramp-only accounting fields, blank canvas approvals, and a POST /accounting/codings beta endpoint round out recent additions.
