Stripe expanded Global Payouts so businesses can send instant stablecoin payouts to recipients in 160 markets and traditional currency payouts to more than 100, and launched stablecoin card issuing in 27 EU countries, bringing availability to more than 65 countries with plans to reach 100 by the end of 2026. Stripe Treasury, Global Payouts, and Issuing now form a unified stack with shared KYC, compatible with Open Standard's OUSD stablecoin and Tempo's blockchain.

Vendors can now be created without country or state, with omitted or null country defaulting to US for new vendors. Audit logs add Billing bank account updated and Employee policy signed event types, the AI spend providers filter accepts AZURE in beta, and unified request details now expose fund-restoration review fields.

The AI usage beta no longer returns provider_reported_cost and provider_reported_cost_components, and transactions can now include page.total_count and page.total_count_capped when include_count=true is set. AI usage grouping gains department, model, product, provider, and user options, and usage now supports AWS, CURSOR, FIREWORKS, GCP, and RAMP.

Stripe Data Pipeline can now sync payment, customer, subscription, and other Stripe data directly to Postgres databases, including those hosted by Supabase, AWS, Neon, and Databricks Lakebase, backfilling the selected tables and delivering updates in seconds. Stripe audits the synchronized records against source data and resolves discrepancies; Postgres is the first destination with real-time syncing, with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, and cloud storage coming soon.

Error responses for /oauth/* endpoints now align with the OAuth spec or the Plaid API depending on content-type, and /sandbox/transactions/create works on every Sandbox Item with transactions up to 730 days in the past. New /cra/report/create and /cra/report/get endpoints replace the older /check_report/ endpoints, which remain supported, and Haitian Creole is now a supported Link language.

Stripe's Monetize conference recap describes five emerging patterns in AI pricing: hybrid models packaging usage with subscriptions and credits, predictability as a product feature, flexible packaging as AI costs fall and usage rises, finance teams measuring AI against operational outcomes rather than token costs, and pricing information that must be readable by both machines and humans.

Optional transaction accounting fields can now be cleared by sending accounting_field_option_id: null without free_form_text, accounting field types recognize SALES_TAX_CODE, and audit logs support Approval authority changed, Product access granted, and Product access revoked event types. Also added beta date-based renewal reminder snoozing, procurement contract type details on requests, vendor creation source, and Ironclad approval response compatibility.

Audit logs and the event_types filter now support a "Phone change request reviewed" event type for admin approvals and denials of phone change requests. Vendor agreement responses add available_actions.send_reminder.available_at, which reports when the 24-hour reminder cooldown ends for denial_reason=IN_COOLDOWN and is null otherwise.
