Linear
Code Intelligence shipped to public beta, giving Linear Agent controlled access to your codebase for codebase-aware Q&A without interrupting engineers.1 Available on Business and Enterprise plans during the beta period.
Project Slack channels automated — new projects now auto-create a connected Slack channel, adding all members by default.2 Linear Agent responds in those channels, and anyone in the workspace can file requests via @Linear Asks — the agent picks the right template and follows up on missing fields before creating the issue. Duplicate issues now have a dedicated status type; customer requests, synced threads, and attachments migrate to the canonical issue automatically.3
Linear Releases tracks the full deployment loop — CI/CD integration auto-advances issue statuses as code lands in each environment.4 Linear Agent can generate release notes across a version range from included issues.
Linear Agent expanded its reach — it connects to external MCP servers (Granola, Glean, Notion, PostHog) so agents can pull meeting notes, enterprise context, and analytics into issues and specs.5 Workspace admins control access via allowlists. GitHub Enterprise Cloud joined the integration surface on Enterprise plans.6
Organizational structure and communication deepened — teams nest up to five levels with inherited workflows.7 Projects and initiatives added comment threads alongside formal updates. Microsoft Teams support lets users file bugs, query projects, and create issues from video transcripts via @Linear.8
