An AI-native CRM has shipped a steady run of platform additions across API access, email, agentic workflows, and data modeling.

Labels arrived for tasks and notes. Tasks and notes can now be tagged with labels, matching how contacts and accounts are already organized. The same update extended the API to draft emails and delete CRM records programmatically.

Relationship filtering and SSO reached Pro plans. Table views and the API can now filter across related records. Single sign-on rolled out to Pro workspaces, alongside new controls over whether meeting recordings are captured.

Email now works end-to-end programmatically. The Email API supports sending to up to 500 recipients with CC/BCC and attachments, and retrieves full HTML email bodies with privacy-aware inbox pagination. Record Creation Controls let you choose when contacts and accounts are created from email — on response to outreach, or only when you initiate.

Automations and a "For Review" queue add a human-in-the-loop checkpoint. Automations run any defined process on a schedule or trigger using the agent, Skills, and external tool connections. The For Review page aggregates drafted emails, record updates, and new records so you can approve before they land.

Agentic Pipeline Generation uses closed-won history to drive outbound.

Custom Objects expanded to one-to-many relationships and team member associations. The agent can create objects, manage schemas, and set up relationships on request. Available on Pro accounts.

Skills, Knowledge, and the MCP server are live for all workspaces. A pre-built Skills bank covers pipeline build, deal qualification, and GTM reporting workflows. Claude Opus 4.7 is available in workspace chat, and Knowledge files can now be uploaded via the SDK.
