Cognition
npx @buildinternet/releases get cognitionRecently shipped a session-page redesign, a Waiting activity status, and deeper Slack thread routing.
Session browsing got a redesign. The session header is more compact with tags and hierarchy built in, and the sidebar gains customizable nav tabs, grouping, richer filtering, a nested sub-Devin tree, and full hide-on-hover. Sessions now support subscribers — follow and view others' sessions, organize by them — plus Cmd/Ctrl+Option+R inline rename and Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Backspace to stop Devin. Moving sessions between folders shows an undo toast.
Waiting sessions surface a dedicated status. Sessions show a "Waiting" activity state while Devin sleeps through a wait, and queued messages deliver during long waits; Cmd/Ctrl+Enter sends an edited queued message immediately.
Slack routing deepened. @mentioning Devin in a thread routes the reply to the subscribed session, Slack channel sessions use the mentioning user's default working org, and an !org picker sets defaults in DMs. Muting a session disconnects it from the thread and continues it in the webapp.
Review and preview polish. Ultra sessions notify on lead-model degradation, PR diff files are virtualized for faster switching, CI-failed worklog rows jump to PR review with checks expanded, and GitHub link badges were redesigned. Links shared in chat render as rich preview cards.
Automation queueing with GitLab triggers, Devin Coach, side chats, and word-level diffs remain the platform's recent anchors.
