Recently shipped exact phrase search, password generation through Autofill without unlocking, and Universal Autofill for HTTP authentication prompts.

Search now supports exact phrase matching — Putting double quotes around a query (e.g., "10.1.2.3") matches the exact phrase including special characters. This joins earlier improvements that added credit card Type fields and accent-insensitive characters to search results.

Autofill expands without unlock and to HTTP auth — On iOS, you can generate a password through Autofill without unlocking 1Password first. Mac's Universal Autofill now handles native HTTP authentication prompts in browsers.

Developer settings consolidated — 1Password CLI, SDKs, and MCP integration are grouped under a single Developer section in Settings. The Developer Watchtower page refreshes properly when toggling .env scanning, and a spurious .env import option no longer appears when Environments support is disabled.

Other improvements — Mac default view is customizable (Settings > General > Defaults). CTAP2 authenticators requiring user verification are now supported for 2FA sign-in. iOS now suggests disabling other password managers when enabling 1Password as AutoFill. Items tab scrolls to top on tap, Large Type fields refresh after edits, and Credential Exchange export errors are more actionable. TOTP items with custom windows over 255 seconds no longer break.
