Fixed an issue where you couldn't sign back in to the 1Password app after an administrator removed and recreated your account, and an issue where one-time passwords wouldn't autofill with the Copy One-Time Passwords setting turned off. Also simplified the single sign-on account switching screen, improved Apple Watch localization, and fixed stale item details in Autofill pop-ups and a missing Wi-Fi QR code icon on Apple Watch.

You can now save one-time passwords in 1Password through Autofill on your Mac by selecting 1Password under System Settings > General > AutoFill & Passwords > Set Up Codes In. Also fixed sign-in failures after an admin removed and recreated an account, Quick Access not appearing over full-screen apps, and one-time passwords not autofilling with Copy One-Time Passwords turned off.

1Password can now connect to supported AI agents so they can sign in to websites on your behalf; when an agent needs a login, 1Password asks you to approve the request and choose which logins from your Private vault it can use. Also fixed a crash while Quick Access loaded Autofill suggestions, an issue where other apps' global keyboard shortcuts stopped working after unlocking the Mac while 1Password was locked in the background, and Open & Fill opening the wrong sign-in page for Capital One, Vanguard, Fidelity, and BMO.

Fixed several Autofill failures on iOS, including blank or empty screens when a passkey or item couldn't be filled, stale details being filled after an item edit, and the screen becoming unclosable with a long account name or larger text. Open & Fill also stopped opening the wrong sign-in page for Capital One, Vanguard, Fidelity, and BMO, and a single Face ID now unlocks every available account.

Administrators can now configure the 1Password app to connect to the browser extension in additional browsers through mobile device management, and the SSH agent can be set to prompt for approval on every request. Also improved large-vault performance, Autofill when the app is locked, and fixed several issues including Safari extension connection and system authentication prompts.

Fixed multiple Autofill issues including blank screens, unlock failures, and keyboard overlap, plus a Focus-mode reset and Credential Exchange import failure. Login suggestions now cover claude.ai, claude.com, and anthropic.com across all three sites, and Home tab and screen loading are faster.

You can now add your account from 1Password.com without re-entering password, Secret Key, or SSO code, and 1Password for Claude can sign in with supported sign-in providers. Also fixed clipboard history leaking account details, browser buttons hidden by long file paths, Quick Access opening in the wrong space, and GitHub Actions environment connection issues; removed 1Password MCP Server from Labs now that it's in Developer.

Fixed an Autofill pop-up issue where moving items failed, and a separate Autofill bug that could fill outdated passwords. Offline item prompts now appear more consistently for unsyncable items.

You can now let Claude sign in to websites on your behalf, with 1Password filling your login or one-time code after approval without sharing credentials. Also fixed an issue causing repeated sign-ins after changing your account password, plus several other fixes across attachments, imports, and autofill.

Also fixed Home screen opening to All Accounts, undismissable AutoFill screen, closing confirmation sheet, credentials import failures, and a blank sheet during Face ID prompt on iOS 26+.
