Vercel for Slack entered public beta, bringing team coding, production investigations, and user-approved remediation actions directly into Slack.

Passport and Enterprise Managed Users both hit GA. Passport reached stable 1.0.0 with IdP-backed deployment protection via Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or any OIDC provider. EMU gives verified-domain teams full control over Vercel accounts.

Agent tooling spread across the AI SDK harness layer. New adapters run Cline, Grok Build, and any ACP-compatible harness through the same HarnessAgent interface. Chat SDK now supports Instagram Direct Messages for DM bots with media, quick replies, and reactions. Alogolia joined the Vercel Marketplace for managed search.

AI Gateway widened model coverage. Grok 4.6, DeepSeek on updated weights, Fish Audio's speech models (free 30 days), and Gemini 3.7 Flash (50% off) joined the catalog. One CLI command connects Claude Code, Codex, and more. GLM 5.2 is free for eve agents through August 27 via Blackbox.

CDN and platform surface changes. Encrypted Client Hello (ECH) is now supported for domains managed by Vercel DNS. Vercel Connect added a Microsoft managed connector; Vercel for Platforms can deploy from users' GitHub repos via short-lived tokens. Node.js 20 projects get one-click dashboard upgrades. Turborepo 2.10.9–2.10.11 walks the repo once when pruning, added nub.lock support, caches native uv tool tasks, and bumped js-yaml (CVE-2025-52469).
