The environment network config now supports "allowlist": "disabled", and the discovery doc is updated. A direct AFC warning is now logged only when functions are present in the config.

The Interactions Model enum adds lyria-3.5, gemini-omni-1.1-flash, and gemini-omni-flash-preview, and Interactions now supports continuation_token.

GenerateContent requests can now pass a continuation_token. Documentation was also updated.
