Resend MCP

Added idempotencyKey parameter to send-email and send-batch-emails tools. Also improved validation ordering when running commands.

Email tools now surface message_id, and the send-email endpoint now accepts display-name in the From field. Added Warp MCP instructions.

Added list and revoke tools for OAuth grants, and updated the GitHub repo readme.
