Workspace usage limits and Global Admin Console billing analytics

Enterprise and Edu admins now have new tools for managing credit usage and reviewing billing-related activity. Usage limits in Workspace settings let admins and owners set monthly credit limits by workspace, group, and user. Global Admin Console now includes updated Analytics and Billing areas with credit analytics, Codex and ChatGPT usage views, plan details, credit balances, grant activity, invoices, usage alerts, and overage limit settings.
