Code signing mismatch now fails; sim artifacts labeled

• [build-tools] Label serve-sim metrics artifacts with the sim's device name (from the metrics meta) instead of the raw udid. (#4127 by @gwdp)
• [build-tools] Set the artifact kind for Argent session artifacts from the MIME type reported by the tool server, so screenshots and screen recordings are grouped and labelled on the simulator session page instead of appearing in an unclassified file list. (#4154 by @szdziedzic)

🐛 Bug fixes

• [eas-cli] Fail when --private-key-path is passed without updates.codeSigningCertificate in the resolved app config, instead of ignoring the flag and publishing an unsigned update. (#4161 by @gwdp)
