• Skill controls - You can now disable individual skills and see how skill settings resolve across scopes

• Repeated tool calls - The agent now stops looping when it repeats the same tool call
• Plugin loading - Enabled plugins now load correctly across all install scopes
• Hook execution - Hooks now run exactly once per event
• Settings writes - Concurrent settings updates are no longer overwritten by stale cached writes
