Computer Use, Chrome extension, and Memories launch in EEA, UK, Switzerland

More Codex app capabilities are rolling out to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland:

• Computer Use is available on macOS and Windows in these regions, so Codex can operate desktop apps by seeing, clicking, and typing.
• The Codex Chrome extension is available for browser tasks that need signed-in Chrome context, working across tabs in the background without taking over your browser.
• Memories can remember useful preferences, recurring workflows, tech stacks, and repository conventions when enabled. Memories are off by default in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
• Chronicle is available as an opt-in research preview for ChatGPT Pro subscribers on macOS, helping Codex build memories from recent screen context.
