Seer hands off root cause analysis to GitHub Copilot

Seer now supports GitHub Copilot agent handoff. When Seer finishes root cause analysis on an issue, you can now open the dropdown and select Send to GitHub Copilot. The Copilot agent then receives Seer's root cause analysis and proposed solution, and generates a fix with a pull request that's linked back in Sentry. No more copy/pasting or re-explaining the issue.

To get started:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and search for GitHub Copilot
2. Click Install and authorize your GitHub account
3. On any completed Seer root cause analysis, select Send to GitHub Copilot from the dropdown
