For all platforms

• Fixed an issue where disabling Kubernetes via Settings would fail because it was still in use.
• Fixed container log retrieval failures after backing up and restoring volumes.
• Adjusted container log retrieval logic to prefer stdout.MaxBytes when both stdout.MaxBytes and stdout.MaxSize are set.
