MCP server v2.25.0: Feedback reporting, schema deploy, and document creation improvements

Improvements

• give_sanity_feedback tool: Renamed from give_feedback and broadened its guidance so agents can report general Sanity issues, including docs, @sanity/client, HTTP API, schemas, Studio, and deployment friction.

Fixes

• deploy_schema tool: Now throws a clear error when no schema types can be parsed successfully.
• create_documents tool: Improved prompting around custom _id values so agents know when to let Sanity generate IDs and when stable custom IDs are useful.
