This fixes an issue where workloads that had been instrumented by an operator prior to version 0.28.0 (from October 2024) at some point in the past still would have an outdated
NODE_OPTIONS setting, which clashed with the recent move of the Dash0 Node.js OpenTelemetry distribution from npm scope @dash0hq to @dash0.
