An Update on Wispr Flow Reliability
Flow experienced reliability issues over the past few weeks.
Outages: Infrastructure changes during capacity scaling caused failover failures. Redundancy now in place so single provider outages don't impact Flow, along with health monitoring and on-call rotation.
Accuracy: Auto-cleanup setting may have affected other settings. Rollback actively tested. Upgraded speech recognition model in progress for both accuracy and latency improvements.
Longer term: building better internal tooling to catch issues before reaching users. Stability is top priority across engineering and infrastructure.
