College Educator, K–12 Educator, and College Student plugins launch
ChatGPT Edu workspaces now have access to three guided plugins in ChatGPT Work and Codex: College Educator, K–12 Educator, and College Student. ChatGPT for Teachers workspaces managed through a district domain claim have access to K–12 Educator. These plugins can help educators create lessons, assessments, and communications grounded in course materials, and help college students build study plans and practice course concepts.
- College Educator: Helps faculty design and update courses and syllabi, create interactive learning materials and multimedia assessments, adapt materials for diverse learners, and package content for their LMS.
- K–12 Educator: Helps teachers create lesson materials, assignments, rubrics, and instructional resources, with Learning Commons context for aligning materials to state standards and learning progressions.
- College Student: Helps students use course materials and a Study Goal to get source-grounded explanations, guided practice, study plans, quizzes, flashcards, and visual explanations.
The plugins are available in the Plugin Directory but are not installed by default. Note that these plugins are not available to Enterprise accounts. Workspace admins can manage plugin availability and permissions. Learn more in Plugins in ChatGPT and Codex.
