Weekly usage limits migrate to monthly; auto-migration August 15

Workspace owners can now migrate weekly limits configured in Permissions & roles to monthly limits conveniently. Open Workspace settings → Permissions & roles, select any role, scroll to Weekly limits, choose Migrate, and confirm. Starting the migration from any role moves all remaining weekly role-based limits in the workspace and may take several minutes, depending on workspace size.

On August 15, remaining ChatGPT Enterprise workspaces that still use weekly role-based spend limits are scheduled to move automatically to monthly usage limits. Learn more about managing usage limits and overages.
