Now requires livekit-client >= 2.20.1, which ships the NonSharedUint8Array type declaration. Earlier 2.19/2.20.0 builds referenced the type without shipping it, breaking type resolution for consumers with skipLibCheck: false and API Extractor. The local workaround shim is removed.
