The framework expanded realtime session capabilities to support reuse across handoffs and agent tasks, with the phonic model gaining a say() method for direct speech output. Fixes addressed OpenAI request header handling in inference LLM, unblocked the TTS FallbackAdapter when primary providers fail silently, and exposed serviceTier metadata from the Completions API. A framework info request/response was added for better runtime introspection.
