Claude Cowork is now generally available on macOS and Windows through the Claude Desktop app. New capabilities include: Claude Cowork in the Analytics API for access to engagement and adoption data, usage analytics for Claude Cowork, and OpenTelemetry support for monitoring Claude Cowork activity.
Admins can now organize users into groups (manually or via SCIM) and assign custom roles defining which Claude capabilities members can use. Enables granular control over Claude Cowork access and feature restrictions by department.
