Pricing page added; static page Markdown links fixed

Added

  • Pricing page at /pricing — covers the free tier, how a free account raises the API rate limit, and which personal features require sign-in; also available as /pricing.md.

Fixed

  • Static pages (terms, privacy, security, pricing) now serve Markdown via Accept: text/markdown or the .md URL, and include a <link rel="alternate" type="text/markdown"> in the head; the "View .md" button on those pages previously pointed to a nonexistent path.
