• Brand-new scrape sources now do a full extraction on their first fetch, so they're seeded with all available releases instead of being recorded as having no changes.
• Onboarding a new organization no longer fails when a common source name like "Changelog" is already taken — colliding source slugs are now auto-suffixed.
• The project rename from "Released" to "Releases" is now complete across all user-facing copy, display names, and feed/webhook headers.
