You can now create multi-select fields in Projects and Issue fields so a single field can hold more than one value. Tag an item with everything it relates to (e.g., multiple teams, modules, or categories) instead of picking just one.

To try it, create or edit a field and choose the multi-select type. You can set multiple values from the sidebar, and then filter, group, or search by them in your project views.
