Boundary 0.16.0; HCP audit log streaming in public beta

HCP's unified audit log streaming capabilities are now available as a public beta offering. You can use a new Terraform provider resource to send audit logs for platform and product events to one of the following external SIEMs: AWS Cloudwatch, Datadog, Splunk Cloud.
