Third-party apps integrate with Organizations; access blocked by default

Third-party applications now work with Auth0 Organizations. Tenant admins can allow or block third-party app access on a per-organization basis — access is blocked by default, so existing organizations are unaffected until you explicitly opt in.

• To authenticate users within an organization, a third-party app's connection must be promoted to domain level (is_domain_connection: true).
• User consent is scoped per organization — granting access in one organization does not carry over to another.
