Usage rate-limit insights
Organization administrators can now see conditional rate-limit impact metrics for users rate limited, reviews rate limited, and review wait time on the metered Billing > Usage page. It also includes a searchable Most Active Users table and a control for viewing the current or previous billing period.
When monthly spend reaches 90% of the configured cap, administrators see a warning with an Increase cap action. An Explore recommendation can also suggest enabling usage-based reviews or raising the cap. These updates provide targeted visibility and upgrade guidance.
