Decimal lot quantities for item receipts — Item receipt inventory_assignments now use the decimal-capable quantity field instead of unit_quantity, preserving fractional lot quantities without truncation. Create, list, and fetch responses also return each assignment's id, lot_number, quantity, and expiration_date. Create endpoint List endpoint Fetch endpoint
