Exclude specific values in accounting rules

Custom rules in Brex now support "is not" filters, including "is not empty." When building rules in Accounting > Manage Automations > Custom rules, you can exclude specific field values or require that a field contain any value at all. This gives accounting teams more flexibility to automate categorization without changing their existing workflow.
