1 featureThis release1 featureNew capabilitiesAI-tallied from the release notes

You can now manage scheduled backup policies from the PlanetScale CLI with the new pscale backup policy commands. A policy controls how often backups run, when they're scheduled, and how long they're retained.

pscale backup policy list <database>
pscale backup policy create <database> --target production \
  --retention-value 7 --retention-unit day \
  --frequency-value 1 --frequency-unit day \
  --schedule-time 03:00
pscale backup policy show <database> <policy-id>
pscale backup policy update <database> <policy-id> --retention-value 14
pscale backup policy delete <database> <policy-id>
