Security improvements for DDoS protection

We've added enhanced DDoS protection and rate limiting to all Fern Docs instances, including both cloud-hosted and self-hosted deployments. These improvements help protect documentation sites from malicious traffic spikes and ensure consistent availability for legitimate users.

Key updates:

• Adaptive rate limiting: Dynamic rate limits that adjust based on traffic patterns
• IP-based filtering: Enhanced capabilities for blocking malicious IP ranges
• Request validation: Stricter validation of incoming requests to prevent abuse
• Monitoring and alerts: Real-time monitoring with automated alerts for suspicious activity

These security enhancements are automatically applied to all cloud-hosted documentation. Self-hosted users should update to the latest version to receive these protections.
