Terraform provider creates and deletes databases

You can now create and delete PlanetScale databases directly from your Terraform configuration. Applying a planetscale_postgres_branch or planetscale_vitess_branch creates the parent database if it doesn't already exist. Destroying the last branch in a database deletes the database.
