Notion 3.4, part 2
Custom Agents have been enhanced with improved fine-tuning, new AI Autofill for databases enabling automatic enrichment, and the ability to create skills for your Notion Agent to learn workflows. Agents are now 35-50% cheaper to run with new model options (GPT-5.4 Mini & Nano, Haiku 4.5, MiniMax M2.5) using up to 10x fewer credits. New features include:
AI Autofill in databases: Continuously enrich, extract, and categorize information across database rows to keep data fresh and trustworthy without manual review.
Notion Agent Skills and integrations: Save workflows as skills, integrate with Calendar, Mail, and Slack, and use voice dictation. Agents can now access private Slack channels and soon Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Salesforce, and custom connectors.
Improved AI Meeting Notes: Custom instructions now allow users to specify preferred summary formats, with better context pulling from workspace data.
New AI connectors: Salesforce connector for account/opportunity searches and Box connector for file search and summarization.
Performance: Initial page render is 28% faster. New database permission "Can create pages" allows teammates to create content while restricting access to other data.
Additional updates: AI Meeting Notes API support for integrations, n8n MCP integration for Custom Agents, improved MCP with faster responses and admin controls.
Custom Agents free trial extends through May 3, 2026; paid usage via Notion Credits begins May 4, 2026.
