Outlook shared mailboxes and calendars in ChatGPT

Outlook Email and Calendar apps for ChatGPT now support delegated or shared Outlook resources. Users can read messages from shared mailboxes, browse folders, mark mail read/unread, move messages, and send plain-text email. For shared calendars, can create, update, RSVP to, cancel, delete, or add small attachments to events. Availability depends on Microsoft permissions and workspace app settings.
