Recently shipped Turso CLI 0.8.0 through 0.8.3 in two weeks, closing out the Rust CLI's long pre-release cycle.

**The Rust CLI settled into a 0.8 stable line.** v0.8.0 landed September 28 and reached v0.8.3 by October 12, after a run of pre-releases. Engine work in 0.8.0 added Postgres `WITHIN GROUP` aggregate support and fixed `ALTER TABLE ADD/DROP COLUMN` dropping column type size parameters.

**Concurrent writes remain in early preview on Turso Cloud.** Applications can issue simultaneous writes where SQLite previously required serializing them through a single writer. Teams that built around one connection can revisit that design without leaving the SQLite storage model.

**Token handling got scoped and defaulted.** CLI v1.0.34 added scopes to org-wide API tokens, and v1.0.33 defaults token minting to the selected organization and fixed grouped database token invalidation.

**Multi-tenant patterns now have production examples.** Poke runs a database-per-user model in a consumer app, and CTO.new gives each of tens of thousands of AI agents its own project database. A separate guide covers offline-first sync, and a migration tutorial walks through moving from Postgres or MySQL to SQLite.
