Introducing the Lightfield API

Lightfield's API is now available in open beta, providing access to core CRM objects (Accounts, Opportunities, and Contacts) with read/write access, plus read access to the Member object. The API is available via HTTP and Python SDK.

Key points:

• Lightfield architected a shared API used by humans, internal agents, and external systems equally
• Every interaction—whether human in UI, agent updating data, or external system syncing—uses the same API endpoints
• Custom fields are supported
• Roadmap includes: Notes, Meetings, Tasks access; TypeScript SDK and CLI; MCP server for agent interactions
• Every new capability in Lightfield will ship with API support from day one
